Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the booking date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booking date are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please go to your bookings page and select the cancellation option or contact our support team.
Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or government-imposed travel restrictions.
Yacht/boat rental services are delivered according to the booking details (date, time, location). Upon booking confirmation, you will receive all necessary information via email. No physical goods are shipped.
All payments are processed securely through iyzico. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Troy, and other major credit cards. Your card information is never stored on our servers.
