The servers of the cloud infrastructure providers we use for our services may be located abroad. In this context, your personal data may be transferred abroad in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK, with the necessary security measures in place and an adequate level of data protection ensured.
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes and limited to the retention periods set out in applicable legislation (e.g. statutory record-keeping obligations under the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law). Once the retention period ends or the processing purpose ceases to exist, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK.

If the application requires an additional cost of processing, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set out in the KVKK.
Commercial electronic messages, campaign and offer notifications are sent only where your explicit consent exists. Even if you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time via the 'unsubscribe' link in any message or from your profile settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
This clarification text may be updated from time to time in line with legislative changes and updates to our services. Updates take effect on the date they are published on this page; in the case of significant changes, our users will be informed separately.
