This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") is entered into between Anil Yavuz Bireysel (individual enterprise) ("Sailio" or "Service Provider") and the user ("Customer") who makes a booking through the Sailio platform.
The subject of this Contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of charter/yacht rental services offered through the Sailio platform (sailio.co).
Sailio offers yacht and boat rental services. Service details (boat type, duration, capacity, price) are specified on the listing page before booking. All prices include VAT.
Payments are processed through iyzico's secure payment infrastructure. Payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Troy). Service delivery is considered complete once the booking is confirmed and the rental period begins.
Pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days before the service execution begins. Once the service has started (rental period has begun), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our Cancellation/Refund Process page. Refund requests are processed within 14 business days.
The commencement of service refers to the start of the booked rental period. By booking, the Customer expressly agrees that the service will begin within the withdrawal period, thereby losing the right of withdrawal.
Both parties declare that the information provided is accurate and complete. Sailio reserves the right to modify the services with prior notice.
All content on the Sailio platform is the property of Sailio and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
This Contract becomes effective upon the Customer's booking confirmation. The Customer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Contract by completing the booking.
